How long does the video take?+
Usually 1–2 days. First we send a watermarked preview for approval, then the final version after full payment.
Which photo should I upload?+
A clear photo where the child's face is large and easy to see. You can add a couple of extra photos of the family or favorite things.
How does payment work?+
50% prepayment via Kaspi (button or QR). The balance after you approve the preview. You can attach a PDF receipt.
My hero isn't on the list?+
Choose «Custom hero» and describe the character in the form — we'll make it individually.
In which language will the video be?+
Russian, Kazakh or English — your choice in the order form. The AI song is in the chosen language too.
